Franchising Support

Extreme Pita is organized into two major groups. The first, our Franchise Development group, is focused on growing the chain by recruiting qualified franchisees. Meanwhile, our Operations Team is dedicated solely to supporting and training franchisees. This structure allows Extreme Pita to concentrate equally on growing the system and building a strong group of individual and multi-unit franchise restaurants.

Real Estate and Construction

Everyone knows the importance of a good location in the retail business. Extreme Pita will analyze potential sites to ensure the best possibility of success for your restaurant.

Important aspects of site selection include traffic patterns, consumer demographics, signage availability, visibility, and more.

Extreme Pita provides a turnkey opportunity. We will help you negotiate your lease, provide customized architectural and engineering drawings, hire a General Contractor, obtain building permits, order equipment, and much more to help you get ready to open your doors.

Extreme Pita franchises are typically 1000 to 1500 square feet of space. However, smaller or larger restaurants are an option depending on the real estate available.

Training and Operations

Initial Training

Preparation and information are critical factors needed for any business to succeed. Extreme Pita provides an intensive training program to ensure that when you open your restaurant you are comfortable and experienced in all aspects of running a successful business. Our training program, involves both classroom and in-restaurant training from experienced corporate trainers who have operated successful Extreme Pita restaurants.   • Management functions: POS troubleshooting, balancing till & cash management, understanding POS admin & reports, resource portal administration & staff scheduling
  • Catering & LSM tactics, review marketing e-store
  • Lead team through peak periods – practice leadership & coaching skills
  • Heavy focus on guest service, selling & upselling
Training Restaurant
  • Mastery of management functions
  • Lead all restaurant operations including guest service, coaching/developing team, inventory, scheduling, cost controls etc.
  • Ensure proper execution of all brand standards – complete an RQR on your training store
  • Review Countdown checklist & NSO/Transfer schedule with your BDC to ensure you have all necessary items complete

In addition to franchisee training, our field training staff comes to your restaurant to help you successfully open your location. Then, the Business Development Consultant will provide additional support to focus on planning sales building initiatives.

Ongoing Training & Support

Extreme Pita’s dedication does not end when you open the doors of your restaurant.

We provide ongoing communication, operational tools, job aids and eLearning courses through our online Resource Portal. Each franchisee, manager and pita pro has 24/7 access to online tools and learning on topics such as Food Safety, Counter Service Procedures, Selling & Upselling and & recipes, to name just a few. The eLearning modules provide consistent training to staff members and also test the knowledge at the completion of each module allowing franchisees to track the training completion of both new and existing staff.

Additionally, your designated Business Development Consultant provides ongoing support with regular visits to your restaurant, and is committed to answering your questions and helping you run an efficient and profitable business. These highly skilled professionals will become an important part of your business success; they will give you operational suggestions, as well as opportunities and ideas to promote your business.
